Structural Tees Cut From UCs - 152x76x26
Structural Tees cut from Universal Columns (UC) are heavy-duty, T-shaped steel profiles made by splitting a standard "H"-shaped Universal Column lengthwise straight down the middle of its vertical web. Because a UC naturally features a squat, square profile with exceptionally wide flanges, the resulting "T" section has a very wide horizontal top and a relatively short vertical stem. This specific shape gives the tee incredible resistance to buckling and twisting, making it highly efficient at handling heavy compression loads. They are widely used as robust bracing elements, heavy truss members, and high-strength connections in complex structural steel frameworks.
